Ingredients
For Paneer Paratha dough
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour gehun ka atta
- 3/4 cup plain flour maida
- 2 tsp oil
- salt to taste
To be mixed into a stuffing For Paneer Parathas
- 1 cup paneer crumbs
- 4-5 green chillies finely chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. coriander finely chopped
- 1 tsp. mint leaves finely chopped
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. ghee
Other ingredients
- whole wheat flour for rolling
- ghee or oil to shallow fry
Instructions
For the paneer parathas dough
- Combine all the ingredients and knead into a soft, smooth dough using enough water.3/4 cup whole wheat flour, 3/4 cup plain flour, 2 tsp oil, salt to taste
- Keep aside for 30 minutes.
