Ingredients:
For The Rice
2 large tomatoes (टमाटर)
Method :
1. Make two light criss-cross slits on 2 large tomatoes and place them in a microwave-safe plate.
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
3. Remove, peel and blend or chop.
Note :
1. 2 large tomatoes= 1/2 cup cooked tomato purée
2. 2 large tomatoes = 1/2 cup cooked and chopped tomatoes
