Hot and Sour soup a traditional chinese soup, one of the best starter for any meal when we go in restaurant. This recipe makes it very easy to cook up this traditional Veg Chinese version of this soup.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Chilli Sauce (चीली सोस)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce (सोया सोस)
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (केचप)
2 tbsp Vinegar (वीनेगर)
1/2 tsp Sugar (चीनी)
Salt to taste (नमक)
2 tsp grated Ginger (अदरक)
1 tsp Black peppercorns (काली मीर्च)
2 tbsp chopped Capsicum (शीम्ला मीर्च)
2 tbsp chopped Carrot (गाजर)
1 tbsp finely chopped Spring onions (हरी प्याज)
1/4 cup chopped Cabbage (पत्ता गोबी)
1 1/2 tbsp Corn flour , dissolved in 1/2 cup of water (कोर्न फ्लार)
1/4 cup soft tofu or paneer , cubed (टोफू या पनीर)
Method :
2. Add the capsicum, spring onions, carrots and cabbage, mix well and cook for a minute on a medium flame.
3. Add the cornflour paste, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add the tofu, mix well and bring the soup to boil.
5. Serve hot.
