Delicious Chocolate Truffles from Leftover Cake – Choco Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crumbled chocolate cake
  • 1/4 tsp chocolate vermicelli
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate dark chocolate recommended
  • 1/4 cup fresh cream

Instructions
 

  • Make the Chocolate Sauce: In a small pan, combine the chopped chocolate and fresh cream. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth and glossy. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
    1/2 cup chopped chocolate, 1/4 cup fresh cream
  • Mix and Match: In a bowl, combine the crumbled chocolate cake with the chocolate sauce. Feel free to add a splash of rum for an extra kick (optional).

  • Shape and Roll: Using a spoon or your hands, portion the mixture into 6 equal balls. Roll each ball gently between your palms to form a smooth round shape.

    1/4 tsp chocolate vermicelli
