In a grinder jar put Garlic pods, almonds, chili flakes, black pepper powder, and grind it coarsely.
12 pieces almonds, 6-8 pods garlic pods, 2 tsp chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
To this, add cheese and grind one it until everything is coarse.
1/4 cup grated cheese
Add coriander leaves and Olive oil and grind it to a smooth paste. (you can add little Boiled Pasta water if required)
1 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves, 3 tbsp olive oil
In a pan heat Olive oil (i added half sunflower oil to it).

Add chopped onions and fry until translucent. To this, add chopped capsicums and fry for a minute.
1 small chopped onion, 1/4 cup square cut capsicums
Add Fusilli Pasta and Pesto paste and mix it well. Add little boiled pasta water so that pesto paste coats all pasta properly.
2 cups boiled fusilli pasta / spring pasta, salt to taste
Garnish this with Almond and Spring Onions Greens.
