No Bake Strawberry Tarts
Fresh strawberries, a crumbly crust, and creamy whipped cream come together in a no-bake masterpiece.

- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries स्ट्रॉबेरीझ
- 1/2 cup sugar चीनी
- 6 digestive biscuits डाइजेस्टीव बिस्किट्स
- 1 tbsp butter मक्खन
- 2/3 cup whipped cream व्हीप्ड क्रीम
For Strawberry Compote:
In a pan, add the strawberries and 1/2 cup of sugar.
Cook until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
For Tarts:
Crush the digestive biscuits in a bowl.
Add the melted butter to the crushed biscuits and mix well.
Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of tart molds.
Chill in the refrigerator (or freezer) for at least 1-2 hours.
Once the tarts are firm, carefully unmold them and return to the freezer until ready to use.
Assembly:
Prepare the tarts and strawberry compote as instructed above.
Prepare the whipped cream for topping.
Fill each tart halfway with the strawberry compote, reserving a small amount for garnishing.
Carefully top with whipped cream.
Garnish with the reserved strawberry compote.
Allow the tarts to rest in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Serve chilled to your loved ones.
