Combine all the above ingredients (except oil) and shape into kebabs. Refrigerate for 20 mts.
1 cup Spinach, 2 Potatoes, 1 Onion, 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger, Coriander leaves, 1 cup Bread crumbs, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1/2 tsp Garam masala, 1 tsp Dry mango powder, Salt to taste
