Salt as per taste
Instructions
Heat the oil in a broad pan and add the mustard seeds.
1 tsp Oil,
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida, Turmeric powder, carrots and chilies, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for a 1 mins.
1 medium carrot,
1/4 tsp Asafoetida,
1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
4 Spicy green chilies
Add little salt mix well and saute for another 2 mins.
Salt as per taste
Serve immediately or store refrigerated in an air-tight container.
