Pineapple Paneer Apple Grapes salad

You will never go wrong with this salad. Lusturious Apple, Pineapple combined to Paneer makes this dish go so well.

Ingredients
  

  • 225 grams paneer
  • 2 apples
  • 1 small can or 450 grams pineapple slices
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 teacup thick fresh curds
  • 200 grams fresh cream
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup optional
  • sugar and salt to taste

For decoration

  • 2 grated carrot
  • 1 head lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Slice the paneer, pineapple, apples, grapes and cucumbers.
    225 grams paneer, 2 apples, 1 small can, 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes, 2 cucumbers
  • Beat the cream. Add the curds, sugar and tomato ketchup and chill.
    1 teacup thick fresh curds, 200 grams fresh cream, 4 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
  • Drain the fruits thoroughly.
  • Mix the fruits, paneer, cucumbers, walnuts and add a little sugar and salt.
    2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, sugar and salt to taste
  • Add the chilled dressing and mix very well.
  • Pile the salad in the centre of a dish.
  • Decorate with grated carrots and lettuce leaves.

  • Serve chilled.
