Pineapple Paneer Apple Grapes salad
You will never go wrong with this salad. Lusturious Apple, Pineapple combined to Paneer makes this dish go so well.
Ingredients
- 225 grams paneer
- 2 apples
- 1 small can or 450 grams pineapple slices
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 teacup thick fresh curds
- 200 grams fresh cream
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup optional
- sugar and salt to taste
For decoration
- 2 grated carrot
- 1 head lettuce
Instructions
- Slice the paneer, pineapple, apples, grapes and cucumbers.225 grams paneer, 2 apples, 1 small can, 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes, 2 cucumbers
- Beat the cream. Add the curds, sugar and tomato ketchup and chill.1 teacup thick fresh curds, 200 grams fresh cream, 4 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
- Drain the fruits thoroughly.
- Mix the fruits, paneer, cucumbers, walnuts and add a little sugar and salt.2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, sugar and salt to taste
- Add the chilled dressing and mix very well.
- Pile the salad in the centre of a dish.
- Decorate with grated carrots and lettuce leaves.2 grated carrot, 1 head lettuce
- Serve chilled.
