  • 4 cups ripe pineapple cut into small pieces

  • 1 teaspoon black salt (sanchal)
  • 2 cups water optional, adjust for desired consistency

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients (pineapple, celery, black salt, and water) in a blender.
    4 cups ripe pineapple, 4 tablespoons celery, 1 teaspoon black salt, 2 cups water
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Tips:
  • For a thicker consistency, use less water.
  • Don’t have a blender? You can use a juicer to extract the juice from the pineapple and celery, then mix it with the black salt and water.
  • This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled to make a larger batch.
