Ingredients :
5 amla
4 nos green chillies 
2 tsp turmeric 
1 tsp mustard 
3 tsp oil
1 tsp hing
Method :
1. Cook the amla in cooker with little water. 
2. Grind the cooked amla with green chillies. 
3. In a kadai heat oil, add mustard seeds, hing, turmeric powder after mustard splutter add the paste of amla & chillies cook it for 5 minutes.
