An interesting combination of curds and mint leaves chutney, which shall surely (hyper)activate your gastronomic juices of your taste buds!

Preparation Time: 5 mins
Makes 1 cup

Ingredients
3/4 cup fresh curds (dahi) whisked
1/4 cup mint leaves (phudina) chutney
salt to taste

Method
1.Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2.Store refrigerated in an air-tight container and use as required.
