Maharashtrian Peanut Garlic Chutney (shengdana chutney)
Ingredients
- 2 tsp dessicated dry coconut सुखा नारयल
- 4 pods garlic लेहसुन
- 12 dry red chillies सुखी लाल मीर्च
- 5 tsp roasted peanuts मुंगफली के दाने
- 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds तील
- 2 small pcs of tamarind ईमली
- Salt to taste नमक
Instructions
- Grind coconut, garlic, red chillies, roasted peanuts, roasted sesame seeds, salt and tamarind.2 tsp dessicated dry coconut, 12 dry red chillies, 5 tsp roasted peanuts, 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds, Salt to taste, 2 small pcs of tamarind
