Garlic Bread

Garlic Bread recipe is one of the easiest bread recipe I have ever found. Garlic Bread is good accompaniment with Pizzas.

Yield: 12 Pieces
Ingredients:
6 hot dog rolls (होट डोग बन)
4 to 5 cloves garlic (लह्सून)
1 tbsp butter (बटर)
Method :
1. Divide each hot dog roll in half horizontally.
2. Crush the cloves of garlic and mix with the butter.
3. Apply this butter on the open side of the rolls.
4. Grill in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) until crisp. Alternately you can also Toast them on Non-stick Tawa if you dont have Grill at home.
5. Serve hot wrapped in a napkin.
