Paneer Pudding recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Grated Paneer
  • 4 tbsp Cornflour
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • few drops Vanilla Essence
  • ½ cup Chopped Pistchios

Instructions
 

  • Make the thin sugar syrup of water and sugar.
    2 cups Water, ½ cup Sugar
  • Add grated paneer and let it cook for few minutes.
    1 cup Grated Paneer
  • Add diluted cornflour and cook it till it slightly thickens.
    4 tbsp Cornflour
  • Add vanilla essence.
    few drops Vanilla Essence
  • Remove from fire.
  • Transfer to serving dish.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios.
    ½ cup Chopped Pistchios
  • Referigerate and serve chilled.
