Paneer Kababs recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 1 tbsp. corn flour
- 2 tbsp. fine bread crumbs
- 4 green chillies chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. ginger crushed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 bread slice
- salt to taste
- oil to deep fry
Instructions
- Wet the bread slice and squeeze out extra water. Crush coarsely.1 bread slice
