Ingredients
- 3 medium sized carrots unpeeled, cut into pieces
- 1 medium sized apple unpeeled, cored and cut into pieces
- 2 to 3 celery sticks roughly chopped
- 1 small orange peeled and separated into segments

Instructions
HOPPER / JUICER METHOD
- Juice all the ingredients.3 medium sized carrots, 1 medium sized apple, 2 to 3 celery sticks, 1 small orange
- Add some crushed ice in 2 glasses and pour the juice over it.crushed ice to serve
- Serve immediately.
MIXER / BLENDER METHOD
- Blend all the ingredients using little water (if required) till smooth.3 medium sized carrots, 1 medium sized apple, 2 to 3 celery sticks, 1 small orange
- Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.crushed ice to serve
- Add some crushed ice in 2 glasses and pour the juice over it.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, add less liquid or use a frozen banana.
