Make this Green coriander chutney with Coriander, Chillies and Lemon. Use this Green coriander chutney for Chaat, Fasting Dishes, Vada Pav and Sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 1 cup roughly chopped coriander dhania
- 1/4 cup Groundnuts
- 6 Green chillies
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 inch Ginger piece
- salt to taste
- 5 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients along with 5 tbsp water in a mixer and blend into a smooth paste.1 cup roughly chopped coriander, 1/4 cup Groundnuts, 6 Green chillies, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 inch Ginger piece, salt to taste, 5 tbsp Water
- Refrigerate and use as required.
